Leadership, structure and delivery.

For more than twenty-five years, my career has centred around leadership, structure and delivery in environments where clarity matters. That journey began in the British Army, operating in high-pressure settings where coordination, trust and decision-making carried real operational consequence.

Moving into technology and digital delivery was less a reinvention and more a continuation of the same core themes: helping teams operate effectively under pressure, bringing structure to complexity, and enabling organisations to move forward with confidence.

Since leaving the military, I have worked across regulated public-sector organisations, enterprise platforms and SaaS environments including Companies House, Cox Automotive and DRPG.
