360° Context

I work at the intersection of systems, people and delivery. I bring structure where there is ambiguity.

Growing up in my teenage years, I was never really sure what I wanted to do. I had all these ideas but lacked the confidence to push for them. I've always had a keen interest in how things work, be that mechanics or processes.

Joining the Army was the best thing I could have done, I thrived in the challenge, in the risk and in the uncertainty. It gave me the drive and confidence to push myself hard and not fear failure with a structure to approach challenge with a mindset to find a solution.

This site is part journal, part portfolio and part laboratory and should give you more of an idea about who I am and what I am about. This site is a work in progress and is exploring the support of AI in building the functionality against my requirements as the Product Owner. This process has been centered around establishing the MVP (Minimal Viable Product) in order to get a functioning site live as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

Mark

I value clarity, trust, ownership and proportionate governance.

Good delivery is not about process theatre. It is about creating the conditions for people to make better decisions and move with confidence.

I am motivated by messy systems, unclear problems and the opportunity to turn complexity into something useful.

That thread runs through my professional work, personal projects, beekeeping, automation and learning.

Right now, this site is being built as a learning project and a professional space.

Current areas of focus include delivery leadership, AI workflows, beekeeping, Project MONSTER and building a stronger public body of work.
